the room included air conditioning, so that's something i guess.
the room was quite noisy, i hear music from the city center until the early hours, it didn't bother me but, if you're a light sleeper, well, good luck with that. also, the bathroom was terribly dated but nice toiletries helped make up for it, not really. and the full length mirror was awkwardly positioned, i could not even assess my beauty.

the executive king room offered a spacious environment. a coffee machine was in my room. i also received a 20% discount for the bar and restaurant.
The large double bed was two singles pushed together. these kept moving apart. the mattresses kept sliding off the base. They were uncomfortable.

I received a room on a high floor as requested. The online check-in process was easy to use with a digital key. I found the hotel car park very convenient since I booked a slot. The location was ideal for visiting attractions in the city center.
I found that the room doors did not provide adequate sound insulation. This caused some disturbance .

The breakfast included many choices and was delicious. The eggs were cooked to order. I noticed the dining area was kept very clean and the staff was attentive to refilling the buffet items.

my room was very spacious and clean. the central location was great for seeing shows at the theatre royal. the breakfast had ample choice, with a buffet style. i especially loved the pastries (the croissants were good!).
the hotel parking situation could be better as there are limited spaces available.
